I am sorry but I have seriously decided that Mike Filsaime is crap.
I will never trust anyone that tries to give something away for free and then in the fine print it is a membership deal.
Seriously where have ethics gone to? Ethics command trust. If he wants to have a membership site then he should be honest enough to say it up front.
Yes it is a trick and yes it is unethical.
I have been caught twice by this. As soon as it happens I organize a refund and I immediately unsubscribe from their list. They are no longer worth listening to.
We are only individuals and if we don’t trust someone then we should automatically unsubscribe from them. It is the ‘Power of one’!

I think you are over reacting. As marketers, we know that there is definitely some catch in the giveaway. But this doesn’t mean that the giveaway is useless.
For this promotion, Mike is trying to up-sell some of his products and hopefully, he want you to subscribe and remain as a member for his new magazine. This is part of the drill.
We see all this in off line world as well.
For this giveaway, I personally think that it is worth the effort to give it a try. You can always cancel after that.

Frankly, I am not that interested in the giveaway of the 7 Figure Secrets, not that I do not like it
But as I have the full home study course already. This applies to the Butterfly Marketing Manuscript as well.
I am more interested in the new magazine that is sent together with this giveaway. I want to see what Mike is coming out.
This has 2 benefits. One I might learn more from the magazine. Second, it is good to learn from what they are trying to do.
This is the first issue, so we will most likely see very good content in it. Mike need to impress with this very first magazine. This is especially true with new subscriber in this list.
