Are SEOs SEMs Spammers ?

Happen to see this seos sems are spammers picture today.
An interesting picture that make me start thinking.

SEO and SEM is always a hot topics in internet marketing business. Performing a search using various search engines on term like seo / sem will definitely return you ton of pages. If you follow some of those links, most likely you will get some Search engine optimization (SEO) tips or SEO guides giving away you information on how to SEOed you site. I beleive that as a marketer, we are not new to those tatics using Social Bookmarking, blog comments, forums and the list just goes on. So do we named those that used these tatics Spammer?

Personnally, I feel that if the information provided by the so called “Spammer” is useful and relevant, even though the intention is to SEOed his site, it is still fine. But please, do not using a tool to send useless stuff all over the places.
I closed my comment option in this blog due to the numerious spamming comments I have received.
Just waste my time to clear these stupid things.
