This should an unbiased review of what the product is and isn’t and how it can help someone who might need it. These are good on several levels if you do them right you come across as just another person, like them, looking for help.
You can setup a html page site or use a WordPress blog with the product name plus review (eg myproduct-review.com) (or/and a free blog eg myproduct-review.blogspot.com)
You can get your own domain and host all your reviews in one spot but if you start to make money expect other scammers to swoop in and rip you off head to toe so its best to start with free blogs until you know if it makes you any money then move it to your own host.
